As your doula I offer:

1 complimentary consultation
At least 2 Prenatal Visits
Unlimited communication throughout your pregnancy- phone, text, email
Resources & Recommendations like chiropractors, herbalists, preferred pumps, mindful practices, and an extensive doula network
On call, 24hrs, starting at 38 weeks
Emotional & Physical Support during active labor until baby arrives
Present until 1-2 hours after birth of baby dependent on your needs
1-2 postpartum visits
Capturing photos during labor & delivery and families first moments together

As your postpartum doula, I support you during this huge transitional time in your life by:

Scheduling time with you to be in your home
Providing emotional and physical support
Postpartum planning
Nourishing the birthing person
Baby care so that the birthing person can get some rest and/or time to care for self
Light house keeping
Setting up snack stations
Community referrals
Support with lactation

My goal is to support the birthing person's healing journey and to help the family find its new normal/ rhythm.
